Frederick E. Turner represents clients throughout California and his practice focuses on business and commercial law, insurance coverage, real estate, and complex litigation matters.  In addition, Mr. Turner has extensive experience in the formation of small insurance companies and leads the firm's attorneys in counseling clients on captive insurance and other alternative risk management strategies.
